i remember her walking in early 2009. she just asked around how much a tattoo would cost. never thought she'd be back to get a tattoo but she did. a year after her first visit she finally came through with her first skin bling. i think her granddaughter inspired her to get one. we'd love to see her again. you see, it's never too late to get one! here's a cookie, think about it!;)Totoy's Inks and Needles
